Express Winemakers believe wine should express the unique character of the land where the grapes were grown (terroir). Disenchanted by bland commodity wines, Ryan and Pedro travelled to the old world where terroir is king.

They learned time-honoured winemaking techniques and fell in love with the way of life. They dreamt of bringing this culture home, so searched for the finest vineyards in the land to produce wines that express terroir.
