Sourced from two vineyards in Porongurup, Toolbrunup and Millinup, on adjacent sides of the road. We farm both using organic methods.

Vine Age: 23 to 45 years
Soils: Gravelly loam
Farming: Organic (not certified)
Vinification: Hand picked, destemmed and direct pressed to a combination of ceramic, mature oak and stainless steel vessels for spontaneous fermentation. The wines were left to mature for 10 months before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
