ABOUT
Having traveled and worked in Wineries and Vineyards across Europe, California and Australia, we embarked on our own winemaking journey in 2011. Starting out with a couple of tonnes of Riesling and Syrah from a local vineyard, things got a bit more serious in 2016 when we started farming a little Chenin vineyard in Mount Barker.
From there we have developed an unquenchable thirst for more vineyards and more challenges, lured by Riesling and Syrah grown on granite, cooler sites planted to various Burgundian clones of Pinot Noir or alternative varieties such as Chenin Blanc, Marsanne and Malbec.
Currently we are farming six vineyards, scattered between Denmark, Mount Barker and Porongurup. Fortunately we take a very hands off approach in the cellar as there aren’t many hours left in the day once the work is done in the vineyard.
