Fruit taken from four blocks across two exceptional Chardonnay vineyards all wild fermented in a variety of vessels and blended together to form this tight and complex wine with characters of citrus, blossoms, white fleshed stone fruit and flint among others.
Vineyards: Crystal Brook Vineyard in Mount Barker (94%) and Estate 807 Vineyard in Denmark (6%).

Soils: Sandy, gravelly loams at Crystal Brook and heavy clay karri loams of Estate 807 in Denmark.

Vinification: Parcels of Chardonnay were hard harvested and direct pressed to a combination of mature oak barriques, newer large format oak, stainless steel and concrete. Wine spent a short maturation period on full solids before racking and bottling.
