From two neighbouring vineyards in the Great Southern’s Mount Barker sub-region that we farm ourselves using organic practices. The fruit was hand-picked and foot stomped, left on skins and stalks for six days before pressing to old oak barriques, a newer puncheon and a ceramic egg. The wine is vibrant in colour and flavour with a savoury edge, displaying all that Syrah from this part of the country can offer.
