Organically farmed Grenache, Mourvedre, Malbec and Pinot Noir from vineyards in Margaret River and the Great Southern. All fruit is hand picked and foot stomped and wild fermented. After just a couple of days of skin contact it is basket pressed to stainless steel where it spent the next 5 months before bottling. The 2020 is the juiciest yet, perfect straight from the fridge.
